The Dangers of the Birth Control Pill

Updated: Jul 20, 2023

Taking a drug every day when your body is completely healthy is beyond just being "bad medicine". It's asinine.

Should A 12 Year Old Be On Birth Control?

You can rest assured that your daughter is not too young to start birth control pills to help regulate her periods. Also, there should not be any long-term repercussions from using this medication.

That’s enough to make a persons blood boil. “No long-term repercussions?!" What??

The hormonal balance of the human body is a delicate one. It is especially complex, yet delicate.

Here are a few of the more dangerous “side-effects” that accompany the use of the pill.

  • Increased risk of cervical and breast cancers.

  • Increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

  • Higher blood pressure.

  • Gall bladder disease.

  • Benign liver tumors.

An expert in female hormones who has a bio-identical compounding pharmacy, call the use of the BCP “chemical castration”. So many young woman are never hormonally normal after using the BCP that she cam up with the expression to get woman’s attention.

Accoring to this study : Long-term combined OCP use (5 years or more) can potentially affect optimal endometrial growth, leading to a higher cancellation rate and longer stimulation in frozen embryo transfer cycles. These findings suggest a previously unidentified adverse effect of long-term combined OCP use in women who are anticipating future fertility.

But that's just a myth right? It's just a coincidence that approximately 10 percent of women (6.1 million) in the United States ages 15-44 have difficulty getting pregnant or staying pregnant, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

That’s dramatically different than it was 20 or 30 years ago.

Dr. John Hildebrand, an expert in the field of human reproduction, estimated that more than 500 women die every year because of pill-induced effects.

Not convinced of the dangers this manipulative drug carries? Here's a couple more sites which will hopefully change your mind:

Bottom line? Don't take it. But what if you did and now you are left with the repercussions?

Is there hope?

OF COURSE THERE IS! There is always hope with homeopathy.

So what happens when a woman comes to me after having been on the pill and now is left with debilitating cramps and a menstrual cycle that is so outta whack she doesn't know if it's going to be a flood or just spotting or if it's even if its coming at all! Not only is she a mess physically, but emotionally she's a complete wreck. If she went to her doctor about these concerns chances are they would prescribe an anti-depressant. For crying out loud! The last thing she wants to do is go on another drug! She's also concerned that she may never get pregnant because that too could be a potential "side effect" from long-term use of synthetic birth control.

One of my clients suffered terrible cystic acne as a result of taking the BCP, and it took many months of homeopathic care to clear her skin. Homeopathy also took care of the painful menstrual cramps and hormonal headaches that could only be temporarily relieved by Ibuprofen. We had uprooted the condition with homeopathy and she will never go back on the "pill" again.

Homeopathy can indeed help woman who have been tinkered with hormonally. Sepia and Pulsatilla, for example, are invaluable at helping get a woman's hormonal condition back to a healthy state.

Pulsatilla is a wonderful remedy for a younger woman who has yet to have a child but the menses are off for whatever reason. They crave affection and sympathy. They want to be held and hugged. They weep at everything, and weep easily before the menses. There can be amenorrhea which is abnormal suppression or absence of menstruation. Dysmenorrhea is when the cramps are difficult and painful, Pulsatilla settles the menses.

Sepia is more for the woman who has been tinkered with hormonally whether is be naturally - as in having a child - or synthetically, as in taking the BCP for many years. There is often a bearing down in the pelvic region. The uterus can be prolapsed. The woman who needs Sepia is often mentally and physically worn out.

Getting your hormones back in order can take time and often requires the help of a certified Homeopath, but it is possible.

There is another way.
